I would just like to thank Betsy and all the carers who looked after my mum Gillian in the last few weeks of her life. The care mum received was excellent at all times. All the carers who were with mum were so kind, considerate, patient and were so caring and understanding not just to mum but to us as a family. I cannot thank you all enough.

Thank you for the excellent care that you provided for Sylvia in the last few weeks of her life. We really appreciated knowing that Sylvia was in caring and understanding hands when I was unable to visit. The night support by Betsy was highly valued, as were all the staff who showed care and compassion, especially through the last few days which were very difficult. Only with the support of Betsy and her team was Sylvia able to spend the last remaining weeks home. With best wishes and many grateful thanks to all the team members who have helped.

Dear D, I am writing to thank you for your assistance and for appointing Care Individual to look after D.’s needs after her discharge from Barts Hospital. For 5 weeks they provided care services for times a day and their professionalism, reliability, patience, gentleness and genuine care for D. was exceptional. D. was herself a care worker and even she was able to comment to me that Betsy and her team were very good. In a week where I continue to mourn D.’s passing, I wanted to reflect on positive experiences and share them where possible.
